What to do if you are poisoned

If you or someone you know has been exposed to a poison and the person is conscious, immediately call the poison control center. Our trained poison control specialists will provide advice and help you determine if a trip to the hospital is necessary.

If possible, have the product or medication with you when calling the poison control center. The specialist may need to confirm ingredients with you because many products and medications have similar names but different ingredients.
